AI Audit & Advisory
Before you invest, know where AI will actually pay off. We audit your processes and hand you a clear, prioritised, actionable roadmap.
The processes observed, placed on two axes
The top three
- 01Invoice processinghigh value · high feasibility
- 02Client follow-upshigh value · medium feasibility
- 03Quote preparationmedium value · high feasibility
A diagnosis that leads to decisions
A useful audit is one you can act on. Here is the shape of the documents we hand over, then what each one helps you decide.
| Process | Value | Risk | Feasibility |
|---|---|---|---|
| Invoice processing | Value : 3 sur 3 | Risk : 1 sur 3 | Feasibility : 3 sur 3 |
| Client follow-ups | Value : 3 sur 3 | Risk : 1 sur 3 | Feasibility : 2 sur 3 |
| Quote preparation | Value : 2 sur 3 | Risk : 1 sur 3 | Feasibility : 3 sur 3 |
| Litigation files | Value : 2 sur 3 | Risk : 3 sur 3 | Feasibility : 1 sur 3 |
Example. The last row is a discarded process: high value, but high data risk and low feasibility. An audit that never says no doesn't rank anything.

- Named client filesstays on your machines
- Catalogue and pricingcan go out
- Letter templatescan go out
Example. This list is what decides the architecture, not the other way round: what must stay forces the local setup, the rest can be processed elsewhere.

Time spent per file, measured over two weeks by the people who do the task.
Validation threshold
The pilot is only kept if the same measurement, redone after go-live, clears the threshold agreed on during scoping.
Example. No figure is announced here: the threshold is set with you, on your own measurement, before the project starts.
- Opportunity map
- We analyse your business processes, from the most repetitive to the most strategic, to spot the tasks where AI brings a real gain: time saved, quality of output, lower costs. Every opportunity is documented with the process concerned, the type of task and the expected result.
- Impact-based prioritisation
- Each use case is assessed on two axes: the value it creates for your business and its technical and organisational feasibility. You get a clear ranking that avoids spreading effort over appealing projects with no real return.
- Roadmap
- A sequenced, realistic action plan: quick wins first, structural projects next, each with its prerequisites, dependencies and resources to plan for. You know what to do, in what order and with what resources.
- Tool choice
- Neutral recommendations on the models and platforms suited to your constraints: budget, security, compliance, integration with your existing tools. We favour solutions that keep your data with you, in line with our local-AI approach.
- Governance & compliance
- A clear framework for use: who can use what, on which data, with what human approval. We set the GDPR safeguards and the AI Act compliance principles before rollout, to avoid unmanaged uses.
- Rollout support
- The recommendations do not stay in a drawer. If you want, we implement them with you through to production: configuration, testing, training your teams and following the first uses.
A clear process, from the first conversation to the roadmap
The audit follows a proven method: understand, observe, question, prioritise, present. Each step produces a piece of the final diagnosis.
01
Discovery interview
- A first conversation to understand your business, your goals and your constraints.
- We listen to your vision, your concerns and your ideas, with no technical jargon.
02
Process analysis
- We document your key processes: steps, people involved, tools used, time spent, friction points.
- This raw material is what reveals the real opportunities for assistance and automation.
03
Interviews with the teams
- We talk to the people who do the tasks day to day.
- What looks simple from the outside often hides exceptions and edge cases.
04
Assessing data and tools
- We review your sensitive data, where it lives and its quality, along with the tools already in place.
- This step determines what can be handled locally and what needs particular care.
05
Prioritisation workshop
- We present the opportunities identified and work with you to rank them by value, feasibility and risk.
- You leave with a team consensus on the priorities.
06
Presentation and roadmap
- A clear, jargon-free presentation, followed by a written document: opportunities, priorities, roadmap and tool recommendations.
- You keep full ownership of this analysis.
07
Optional support
- The audit can stop after the presentation, or continue with a support engagement: deploying the first use cases, training your teams or developing the AI agents identified.
An audit built for your situation
The audit adapts to your starting point. Here are the profiles it helps most, and the precise question it answers for each one.
SME owner
“How do I invest without getting it wrong?”
You want to invest in AI without getting it wrong. The audit gives a clear view of the uses that pay off for your trade, and stops you buying costly tools that end up unused.
Independent professional
“Can my files leave the practice?”
Solicitor, accountant, notary, doctor: your data is confidential and your professional obligations are strict. The audit checks that the uses considered stay compatible with that requirement, favouring local solutions.
Company already equipped
“Why did our first attempt go nowhere?”
You have already tried AI tools with no real result. We look for why: the wrong tool, not enough framing, poorly prepared data, no training. Then we correct course.
Compliance-minded organisation
“What do we need to write down before deploying?”
You want to get ahead of GDPR and the AI Act rather than suffer their constraints. We set a clear, documented usage framework, with governance sized to fit you.
Team with no time
“Who is going to explore this for us?”
No one in-house has time to explore what AI can do. The audit takes on that work: you get a full analysis and recommendations, without pulling your teams off their work for weeks.
Management committee
“What should the budget decision rest on?”
You are preparing a budget or an investment decision. The audit gives the committee objective grounds to decide: the potential of each opportunity, the risks involved, the prerequisites and the rollout schedule.
Six questions to inform your decisions
An audit is not a technology demo. It is an inquiry centred on your reality: we look at what determines the success of an AI project.
- The processes that eat up time
- Which repetitive or time-consuming tasks occupy your teams? We identify the ones where AI assistance genuinely cuts the workload, without hurting quality.
- Where the sensitive data lives
- Where does your data live: customer files, contracts, accounting records, production files? We assess how sensitive it is and the conditions under which AI models could handle it.
- The tools already in place
- Which software, databases and platforms do your teams already use? A good use of AI builds on what exists rather than adding a layer of complexity.
- In-house skills
- Who in the organisation understands the stakes and could carry the projects forward? We assess the training and support needed so the uses last beyond our involvement.
- The controls needed
- Which points of human approval and which safeguards should be put in place, depending on how sensitive the uses are? We define what can be automated and what must stay under control.
- Measuring the gain
- How will you know AI is bringing a benefit? We define simple indicators before rollout: time saved, shorter turnaround, quality, satisfaction. What is not measured is hard to defend.
Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we hear most often before an audit.
Does the audit lead to an obligation to buy anything?
No. Our recommendations are neutral and belong to you. If a tool is needed, we advise on it based on your constraints, with no commission or commercial partnership. You stay free to decide, and nothing obliges you to continue with us.
How long does an audit take?
The length depends on the package chosen: from a few days for a first framing to two weeks for an in-depth analysis. We adapt the scope to your availability and your schedule.
Who takes part in the interviews?
Executives, for the vision and the strategic priorities, and operational teams, who know the tasks and their real difficulties. Crossing these two views is what makes the diagnosis useful.
What happens after the audit?
You get a roadmap you can carry out on your own. If you would rather be supported, we can deploy the first use cases, train your teams or develop the agents identified. That follow-up is optional: it is decided after the presentation. To go further, take a look at our AI training and our bespoke AI agent development.
Is our data exposed?
No. Confidentiality guides our approach: we favour architectures that keep your data on site or within your own environment, and we document precisely what passes through outside services. Your data is never used to train third-party models.
Do we already need an AI project?
No, it is actually the opposite: the audit exists precisely to define your project. It is as useful for validating an existing idea as for starting from a blank page and identifying the uses with the most potential for your business.
