We build agents that chain steps, use your tools and stop when a binding action needs approval. We can propose a local, hybrid or cloud architecture, depending on the design chosen. You get an agent connected to your systems, for a task you picked.

No-code automation

We build workflows with no-code tools such as n8n: extracting data from an invoice, linking email to the CRM, drafting a reply. Every sensitive step waits for human approval. The logic stays readable and editable by your team.

Audit and advisory

We review your processes to find the tasks an agent or a workflow can take on. The audit format lasts two weeks and includes three sessions. You leave with a prioritised roadmap and a decision on what comes next.

AI training

Hands-on training built from your own work situations: writing, summarising, research, automation. Participants work on their own documents. Everyone leaves with output they can use the next day and reference material.

AI agents workshop

Three hours, for a group of 4 to 10 people, on site or by video, with no technical skills required. Each participant spots their automatable tasks and maps their process. They leave with prioritised use cases and a demo prototype.

Nicolas

Founder

Nicolas spent five years building websites for tourism businesses. He then started building AI agents to automate his own tasks, and went on to make them his speciality.

Why NexeAI

While automating his own work, Nicolas saw that the businesses around him were stuck on the same repetitive tasks. He founded NexeAI in 2024 to help them, starting from what had worked for him. The firm keeps the same rule: one precise task, a bounded pilot, and human approval on every sensitive step.
