Superhuman: our review
Superhuman is a paid, keyboard-driven email client with AI-assisted drafting and sorting on an existing Gmail or Outlook inbox.
What we take away from it
What counts in its favor
- The Pro plan shows €12 per member per month billed annually, below the Business tier at €33, for the same priority-sorting engine.
What counts against it
- Every sub-processor Superhuman lists (AWS, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic) hosts from the United States, with no European hosting option.
A good choice for an English-speaking user who lives in their keyboard. Rule it out if hosting has to stay in the EU.

Superhuman in detail
Superhuman adds keyboard shortcuts for archiving, replying or scheduling a send, plus an AI to draft a message or summarize a long thread. It connects to an existing Gmail or Outlook address, with no inbox migration.
The free plan covers basic sorting, but reserves assisted drafting and inbox splitting for the Pro plan, at €12 per member per month billed annually (€15 billed monthly). The Business plan rises to €33 per member per month billed annually (€40 billed monthly), for delegation and team administration. An Enterprise plan on quote rounds out the offer.
The main reservation concerns hosting: the sub-processor list Superhuman publishes places every provider — AWS, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic — in the United States, with no European hosting option. Account settings do, however, let you disable AI training on your own content, which limits the issue without closing it.
Who it's for, and who it isn't
