Keyzia: our review
Keyzia bundles seven tools for real estate and construction professionals: an address-based data map, a conversational assistant, property scoring, portfolio tracking and alerts. The publisher is French, but the platform says little about its own guarantees.
What we take away from it
What counts in its favor
- KeyMap aggregates more than 1,000 data points per address (local zoning plan, energy rating, transaction history, owners), according to its own product page — a broader working base than a simple online valuation tool.
- Seven tools dedicated to a single workflow (conversational assistant, data map, portfolio tracking, multi-criteria scoring, prompt library, alerts, dashboard), under one interface rather than through several separate subscriptions.
- An identifiable French company in its legal notice: NEXT P, a joint-stock company with capital of €1,704,545.46, registered with the Nantes trade registry, with named hosts (O2Switch, Microsoft Azure).
What counts against it
- No public page shows a price: the pricing grid is only visible after creating an account on the application, which rules out any comparison before committing.
- The data protection policy admits that "some data may be transferred outside the European Union" without stating which country, and mentions no security certification (ISO 27001 or equivalent).
- No client testimonial or case study appears on the pages consulted, and the scoring or valuation method is never detailed beyond a list of generic criteria (insulation, heating, environment).
A French offering that covers a real business need with a dense database, but that documents neither its price nor its privacy guarantees: worth testing before recommending, not to be chosen on the strength of its communication alone.

Keyzia in detail
Keyzia targets estate agents, tradespeople and diagnosticians, with a simple promise: bring together in a single interface what a construction and real estate professional would otherwise have to look for across seven different tools. The vendor, the company NEXT P, is French and based in Nantes; the product itself is still young, and its public documentation leaves several questions open.
What the platform covers
Seven building blocks make up the offer. KeyMap displays, from an address, more than 1,000 cross-referenced data points — local zoning plan (PLU), energy performance rating, transaction history, ownership — useful for an agent preparing a viewing without opening ten browser tabs. KeyChat answers a tradesperson's or agent's business questions, around the clock, in the tone of an expert assistant. KeyScore gives a property a score out of a hundred based on criteria such as insulation or heating. KeyPark tracks a property portfolio over time, KeyWatch sends personalised alerts, KeyPrompt offers a library of ready-to-use prompts, and KeyDash gives an overview of how a team is adopting these tools. An eighth module, KeyConnect, is announced as coming soon.
What's missing to trust it with your eyes closed
Two concrete gaps, even before talking about price. First, privacy: Keyzia's own data protection policy states that some data may be transferred outside the European Union, without saying which data or to where, and mentions no security certification — no ISO 27001, nor equivalent. For a tool that handles ownership and transaction data, that's a vagueness a demanding firm or agency should get cleared up before signing. Second, proof of use: none of the pages we consulted shows a client testimonial, a reference logo or a case study with figures, even though the site presents itself as the sector's "expert" assistant. The method behind the score or the valuation is likewise described only at the level of criteria (insulation, heating, environment), never down to the actual calculation. None of this proves the tool is bad; it only proves that it needs to be tested first-hand before drawing a conclusion, which is what we recommend in our training engagements with real estate professionals.
On price, a question that stays unanswered
No page on the showcase site displays an amount. The pricing grid, with a choice between monthly and annual billing and a credit system called "Keyz", only appears after creating an account on the app. A manager who wants to compare Keyzia against a competitor before spending time on a demo can't do so from the public site.
Our recommendation
Keyzia deserves a trial, not immediate adoption. The address-based database and the centralisation of trade tools answer a real need, and the vendor is no ghost site. But as long as the price stays hidden behind an account and the privacy policy admits transfers of data outside Europe without detailing them, keep the tool to a supervised trial rather than a full rollout on sensitive files.
Who it's for, and who it isn't
Suited for
- Real estate agency or construction professional who wants to centralize address lookup, scoring and regulatory watch in a single French tool, and accepts testing it before knowing the price
Not a fit
- Organization that must compare a price before creating an account: no rate is published on the showcase site
- Professional under a strict requirement to keep data located in Europe: the privacy policy itself admits possible transfers outside the EU, with no detail
Frequently asked questions
- Is Keyzia free?
- Impossible to tell from the public site: no pricing page shows an amount, the offer only appears after creating an account on the application or a sales demo. So pricing stays unknown until you create an account.
- Where is my data hosted on Keyzia?
- The legal notice names two hosts, O2Switch (France) and Microsoft Azure, for the site and the platform. But the data protection policy itself states that some data may be transferred outside the European Union, without saying where.
- Does the KeyChat conversational assistant run on a known AI model?
- None of the pages consulted names the language model behind KeyChat (neither GPT, Mistral, nor any other). It's presented as an assistant expert in real estate and construction, with no technical detail on the engine behind it.
- Is Keyzia a serious player or a small recent site?
- The publisher, NEXT P, is a French company identified in the Nantes trade registry with capital of over €1.7 million — not an anonymous site. That said, no client testimonial or case study appears on the pages consulted to judge its real adoption by professionals.
- What's the difference with a valuation tool like PriceHubble?
- PriceHubble focuses on property valuation with valuation models documented in several European countries. Keyzia goes broader: valuation, data map, portfolio tracking and conversational assistant combined, but with less public detail on the method behind each score.
